Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Enrollment and Participation

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the NovaAutoClip.com Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to promote our platform and refer new users in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Referral Tracking & Cookies

We use tracking cookies to attribute new user registrations and purchases to your affiliate account. When a prospect clicks on your unique referral link:

• A tracking cookie is placed in their browser with a lifespan of 30 days.
• If the referred user registers an account within 30 days of the click, they are permanently linked as your referral.
• Cookies operate on a "last click" basis; the last affiliate link clicked before registration gets credit.

3. Commission Structure & Payout Rates

Affiliates earn commissions based on the payments made by their referred users:

• Standard Commission Rate: You earn 20% commission on all successful subscription package purchases (Starter, Pro Creator, Agency) and top-up credit booster packs.
• Recurring Commission: For monthly subscriptions, you receive 20% on all recurring monthly renewals for up to 12 consecutive months per referred user.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net transaction price (excluding payment gateway fees and taxes).

4. Payout Rules & Schedules

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent transactions, payouts are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum Payout Threshold: You can request withdrawal once your unpaid commission balance reaches $50.00 USD (or 1,500 THB).
• Holding Period (Net-30): Commissions are locked for a 30-day clearing period to account for billing disputes or chargeback safety windows.
• Payout Methods: Payments are processed via local bank transfers (Thailand) or PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for any transfer transaction fees.

5. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates must promote NovaAutoClip ethically. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• PPC Keyword Bidding: Bidding on brand-related keywords (e.g. "NovaAutoClip", "Nova Auto Clip") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
• Spam & Harassment: Mass mailing, bulk messaging on social platforms, or unsolicited spam comments.
• Misleading Claims: Making false or exaggerated income claims, guarantees, or representing yourself as an official employee or partner of NovaAutoClip.
• Self-Referral: Registering accounts under your own link to purchase subscription plans for yourself at a discount.

6. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials. If this Agreement is terminated due to a breach of these terms, all accumulated unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
