To provide our automated video creation and scheduling services, we collect the following information:

- Input Content & Assets: Video visual ideas, copywriting inputs, MP3 music files, custom fonts (.TTF), transparent stickers (.PNG), and generated voice tracks stored in your Central Library.
- Usage & Generation Logs: Generation histories, credit purchases, support tickets, and autopilot loop schedules.

3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement strict measures to ensure the absolute security of your uploaded cookies and tokens:
- Encrypted Storage: All uploaded social media cookies and credentials are encrypted using industry-standard cryptography (AES-256) at rest.
- Multi-Tenant Isolation: Cookies and OAuth tokens are isolated in separate folders dedicated strictly to your unique user ID (e.g.
data/users/<user_id>/). They are never shared or mixed with other users. - Instant Deletion Guarantee: The moment you click the "Disconnect" button for any linked channel, the corresponding cookie files and keys are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

- Google & YouTube API Services: We use official Google OAuth 2.0 and YouTube Data APIs to publish videos to your authorized channels. Your usage of this features complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- TikTok & Instagram Uploads: Automated upload scripts execute via cookie session browser bindings to publish shorts content.
- Omise Payment Gateway: All credit card transactions are processed securely via Omise (omise.co). We do not store or process card numbers on our servers.
- OpenAI / Gemini API: Video script suggestions and chatbot logs are processed via secure developer APIs.

You maintain full ownership and control over your uploaded media assets and user profile data:
- Media Erasure: You can delete any uploaded TTF font, sticker PNG, or background audio directly via the Central Library interface, deleting the physical file permanently.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and transaction histories by opening a Support Ticket, which will wipe all information within 7 business days.
