By creating an account, connecting social accounts, purchasing credits, or using any feature on NovaAutoClip.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Accounts & Platform Connections
You are responsible for safeguarding your account details. To enable automated video uploading, you may upload session cookies or authorize Google OAuth tokens. You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit rights to connect all social channels linked to your account.

3. Content Responsibility & Restrictions
You maintain full ownership and are **solely responsible** for all content (scripts, videos, background music, transparent sticker watermarks) generated and automatically published through our autopilot scheduling loops. You agree NOT to generate or publish content that:
- Violates any local or international copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
- Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, vulgar, or obscene material.
- Spams social media platforms or violates the target platform's Community Guidelines (TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram).
3. ความรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาและข้อห้าม
ท่านเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิ์และต้อง **รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว** ต่อเนื้อหา (บทวิดีโอ, ไฟล์วิดีโอ, เพลงประกอบ, โลโก้ลายน้ำ PNG) ทั้งหมดที่ถูกระบบสังเคราะห์ขึ้นและนำไปอัปโหลดแบบตั้งเวลาอัตโนมัติ (Autopilot Loops) ผ่านบัญชีของท่าน ท่านตกลงว่าจะไม่สร้างหรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่มีลักษณะต่อไปนี้:

4. Credits & Refund Policy
Our tools operate on a credit consumption system. Credits are deducted immediately before starting a generation task. We enforce a Safe Auto-Refund Net: if a background rendering task fails, crashes, or encounters an internal compile error, spent credits are auto-refunded to your database balance instantly.
All subscription purchases and top-up booster packs are final. No manual cash refunds are issued unless required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the rendering pipeline will be completely free of failures, or that social media platforms will not flag, restrict, or suspend accounts due to automation activity.

In no event shall NovaAutoClip, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profile traffic, social channels ban, business interruptions, or credit losses) resulting from the use or inability to use this service.
